In Softbook LMS, you can create forms for various purposes, add fields for collecting data, and share them with the public. You can also automatically register respondents to a course and add them to a group.
The Forms section has two subsections:
- “All Forms” – this is where you create and store your forms.
- “Responses” – this is where responses from respondents who have filled out your forms are stored.
