The “Post-course offers” feature allows you to automate the process of suggesting the next learning step to students. You can set up special offers for other courses that will be shown to students after they complete a specific course. This is a great way to encourage continued learning and boost course sales.

How do Post-Course Offers work?

After completing a selected course, the student will see a special offer.

If the offer is active, a pop-up window will appear immediately upon course completion. You can configure which group of students the offer applies to, which course will act as the trigger, and which course will be offered.

To create a new offer:

  1. Go to Sales → Post-Course Offers.
  2. Click the Create Offer button in the top right corner.
  3. A Create Offer sidebar will open where you’ll need to fill in the following fields:
  • Title: Enter a title for your offer (e.g., “Discount on the Advanced Course”). This name is for internal use and will be visible in your list of offers.
  • Select trigger courses: Choose the course(s) upon completion of which the offer will appear.
  • Select offered course: Choose the course you want to promote to the student.
  • Select student group(s): Optionally, choose specific student groups who should see the offer. Leave this blank to make it available to all students who complete the trigger course.
  • Original price: Enter the full price of the course being offered.
  • Enable discount: Toggle this on if you want to offer a discount.
    Discounted price: If a discount is enabled, enter the discounted amount.
  • Select currency: Choose the currency for your offer.
  • Select payment gateway: Choose the payment provider through which the purchase will be processed.
  1. Click Create Offer to save.

Managing existing offers

In the Post-Course Offers list, you can view, edit, and delete your offers:

  • Status: Use the toggle switch to enable or disable offers. Active offers will be shown to students.
  • Actions: Next to each offer are icons to edit (gear icon) or delete (trash icon) the offer.
